Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to subscription plans offered on flux9webinars.com (the “Service”), operated by Rider Systems Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing, or by emailing support@flux9webinars.com from the email address on the account. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the next billing date to take effect for that cycle.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your plan's features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused features, or remaining days in a cancelled billing cycle.

3. No Refund on Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges. It does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid. Refunds, if any, are governed solely by our Refund Policy.

5. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file, at the then-current price. You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date. We will attempt to notify you of failed payments, but failed renewals may result in immediate suspension of paid features.

6. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any subscription or account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including (but not limited to) for violation of our Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, abuse of the Service, or non-payment. Where reasonably possible, we will provide written notice before termination. No refund is owed where termination results from your breach of the Terms.
