Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs purchases made on flux9webinars.com (the “Service”), operated by Rider Systems Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Nigeria. By making a purchase on the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. Refund Window
You may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions in Section 2. Refund requests submitted after this window will not be honored under any circumstances.
2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
A refund request will only be considered if all of the following are true:
- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase.
- You have not “substantially used” the Service. Substantial use is defined as: attending any live webinar session in full or in part; viewing more than twenty-five percent (25%) of any recorded webinar, training module, or video asset; downloading any digital materials, templates, or AI-generated content; or sending more than 50 emails through the platform.
- The purchase was made at the standard listed price. Purchases made using any discount code, promotional offer, bundle, lifetime deal, beta pricing, or limited-time campaign are non-refundable.
- The request is submitted via email to support@flux9webinars.com from the email address associated with the account, and includes the order ID, purchase date, and reason for the request.
We reserve the sole right to determine whether a request meets these conditions. Our determination is final.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Subscription renewals (see our Cancellation Policy to stop future charges).
- Purchases made with any discount, coupon, promotional, or bundle pricing.
- Add-on services, custom development, or one-on-one consultation hours once delivered.
- Third-party fees (payment processor fees, currency conversion fees, taxes) are not refundable even where the principal amount is.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms and Conditions.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval, back to the original payment method. The time taken for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. Refunds may be issued in the original transaction currency at our discretion; we are not responsible for losses arising from currency conversion or exchange rate fluctuations.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us and attempting to resolve the matter through our refund process is a material breach of our Terms and Conditions. In the event of any chargeback:
- Your account and all associated accounts will be suspended or terminated immediately.
- Access to all purchased content and services will be revoked.
- You will be barred from future purchases on the Service.
- We reserve the right to recover the disputed amount, chargeback fees, and any associated costs (including legal fees) through any lawful means.
6. How to Request a Refund
Send your request to support@flux9webinars.com with the following:
- Order ID or transaction reference
- Email address on the account
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Incomplete requests will not be processed. You will receive a response within 5 business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made on or after the updated effective date. Previous purchases continue to be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
