This Privacy Policy explains how Rider Systems Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Flux9 webinar platform at flux9webinars.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Account information: name, email, password, phone number, business name.
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Content you upload: webinars, videos, presentations, email templates, registrant lists.
- Communications: messages you send to support, feedback, survey responses.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referrer.
- Location data: approximate location derived from IP address (used for the NG/global site routing).
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
Information from third parties:
- Payment processors confirm transaction status and provide limited card metadata (last 4 digits, brand).
- Analytics and advertising partners (e.g., Meta Pixel) where you have interacted with our marketing.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud.
- To send transactional emails (account, billing, webinar confirmations, password resets).

6. Data Retention

Tax and financial records are retained for at least seven (7) years in accordance with Nigerian law. Backups containing personal data may persist for up to twelve (12) months after deletion from production systems before being overwritten.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, analyze usage, and (where you have consented) deliver marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may degrade or disable parts of the Service. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where legally required.

9. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect about you, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. 10. Nigerian Data Protection (NDPR)
For users in Nigeria, this Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023. You have the rights described in Section 8. You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
11. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
